GARLIC-OLIVE LEAF-HAWTHORN is a food supplement combining 3 organically grown plants :
- A cousin of the lily and lily of the valley, garlic is a native to the steppes of Central Asia. The bulb of this natural active ingredient contains an sulphur compound, allicin, which gives it its characteristic odour. Garlic is famous for its role in maintaining providing antioxidants maintaing cardiac & vascular functions and a normal cholesterol level.
- The symbol of strength and wisdom in Ancient Greece, the olive is a remarkably rich tree that prefers the dry, stony soils of the Mediterranean basin. Olive leaf contains oleuropeosides (oleuropein).
- Hawthorn is a small thorny shrub with white flowers which turn into small red berries with the nickname "birds' pears". Hawthorn berries contain procyanidins and kown for their role in maintaining blood circulation and cardiac function.
In order to ensure a good cardiovascular balance, it is essential to eat a diet high in fruit and vegetables but low in salt and fat.
Recommendations for use

2 tablets per day, preferably in the morning taken with a glass of water, for 1 to 2 months.
