Description - Anti-stress and sleep complex
The product is based on the principle of chronobiology, i.e. the body's biological rhythms and circadian rhythms in particular. One tablet should therefore be taken in the morning and one in the evening to cover requirements over 24 hours.
- Lactium® is a patented ingredient that has featured in 7 clinical studies. It is a milk protein hydrolysate administered at a daily dose of 150 mg.
- Magnesium helps to ensure a balanced nervous system.

Marine magnesium oxide, anti-caking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid), capsule shell (hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose), milk protein hydrolysate (Lactium®) 150 mg, lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis) 150 mg, chamomile flower extract (Chamomilla recutita) 50 mg, vitamin B6 1.4 mg. Lemon balm (leaves) 600 mg of dried plant equivalent. Chamomile (flowers) 200 mg of dried plant equivalent. Lactium 150 mg. Magnesium 100 mg, i.e. 26% of nutritional reference values.
