The balance of our intestinal flora is constantly threatened by stress, a modern lifestyle and unbalanced diet. Disrupted flora can cause numerous problems and even weaken the body's defences. Our intestinal flora therefore needs to be preserved and that starts with our diet.
Revivable brewer's yeast comprises living micro-organisms called Saccharomyces cerevisiae, from the Greek words "saccharo" meaning sugar, "myces" for fungus and "cerevisiae" meaning beer.
It has been used in the production of fermented drinks for over 4,000 years. This round, oval, microscopic fungus is known as brewer's yeast because it allows the fermentation of certain sugars to obtain alcohol, mainly beer.
Viable brewer's yeast preserves all of its characteristics and nutrient properties since it is not subjected to heat treatment but to a low-temperature drying process which does not destroy these properties but makes them lie dormant. This means that the life cycle, growth and development are temporarily stopped.
On ingestion, the yeasts are no longer dormant because rehydration restores their activity and they enrich the intestinal flora.

The cardboard box can be recycled (paper bin). The blister strips comprise plastic and aluminium which cannot be separated, in order to protect the tablets. Therefore they cannot be recycled and should be disposed of with household waste.

Per gel capsule: Revivable brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae)* 575 mg, gel capsule of plant origin (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose). *100% of ingredients of agricultural origin are obtained in accordance with organic production methods.
