Horse Chestnut Plus
For a healthy circulation and light legs

The bad circulation in the legs is a current phenomena, particularly when we get old.It can lead to discomfort or tiredness in the legs and even sometimes numbness and swelling.

Proven efficacy of the Horse Chestnut

Used for a very long times for its circulatory properties, horse chestnut is famous because of the active compenent it has, the aescin.

Several scientific studies have enlightened the active role of this component, for exemple in the venus circulation. In most of these studies, the extract of horse chestnut dosed in aescin (50 mg) was given orally in form of 2 capsules twice a day.

Six studies evaluating the discomfort at the level of the legs have shown a significant decrease of this discomfort after a regular take of horse chestnut during several weeks. It also appears that there was a disminution of the volume of the legs for people presenting swelling.

Three tablets per day provide the equivalent of 2500 mg of horse chestnut seeds, i.e. 50 mg of aescin.
