Cranberry, a cousin of our blueberry, is a small red berry produced by an evergreen shrub that grows in the wild in peat bogs on the Eastern side of North America and Canada. The shrub's pink flowers bloom in early summer. The cranberry berry, which produces active pigments during the ripening process, reaches full maturity some eighty days after flowering. The plants can go on producing these small tart fruits, which are able to withstand sharp frosts, for around 100 years!
Our cranberry is sourced from organic plantations in Canada which can produce a concentrated cranberry extract without the use of chemical fertilisers or pesticides.
Cranberry is high in proanthocyanidins (flavonoids) and contains a large number of nutrients.
2 tablets of CRANBERRY provide an optimal dose of 36 mg of proanthocyanidins (PACs).
Recommendations for use
- 2 tablets per day, preferably before meals.
- People who experience recurrent bouts of ill-health are recommended to take this product for 1 to 3 months.
- It is essential to drink at least 1.5 to 2 litres of water per day.
Precautions for use :
- Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
- Keep out of reach of young children.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
