Description - Eucalyptus globulus essential oil
Fleurance Nature eucalyptus essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of the leaves and branches.
This natural product is traditionally used for its effectiveness in promoting good respiratory health and to purify the air.
Eucalyptus essential oil is 100% pure and natural and is produced organically.
- For diffusion: A strong camphor-like scent characteristic of eucalyptus which purifies the air and clears the airways. To ease breathing, a few drops may be added to a bowl of hot water for inhalation.
- For oral consumption: Little evidence to support its use as an oral supplement
For application to the skin: Massage into the chest and back of the neck, diluted in a vegetable carrier oil. May irritate the skin if not diluted
Dietary tips
- Dilute 1 drop of essential oil on a neutral tablet, a sugar cube or in a spoonful of honey.
- Do not swallow neat.
- 1 drop is equivalent to 25 mg of essential oil.
