Mate: Grown in Brazil, it is harvested between March and June when the plant reaches maturity. Its leaves, which contain caffeine, are then dried naturally. They are traditionally used to promote weight control, break down fats and eliminate water.

Guarana: This shrub is also grown in Brazil. Its berries are harvested manually in January on reaching maturity. They are then dried before extracting the seeds with a high caffeine content. They are used to help control weight and aid weight loss when used as part of a diet

Green tea: Grown in India, it is harvested between February and November. Its leaves are then dried in warm air (80-90°C). They contain caffeine, polyphenols and catechines, and boost fat metabolism. The higher the metabolism, the more fats are burned (released)

Green coffee: Obtained from the Robusta coffee tree grown in India, our green coffee seeds are harvested from July to September. Their green colour is due to the fact that they are not roasted and therefore retain all of their original properties. They contain chlorogenic acid and caffeine.
