Widely found in the Mediterranean basin, Helichrysum meaning “golden sun” and also known as “immortelle/everlasting”, is clearly discernible by its orangey yellow colour as well as its surprising curry aroma.
This essential oil is extremely precious because of its low yield. Its essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of the flowering tops. In this process, the volatile components (essential oils) of the flower are entrained with the steam. The steam then condenses in the essential oil separator, separating the essential oil from the hydrolate (water)
Our Italian Helichrysum, Helichrysum italicum, essential oil is 100% pure and natural. It is obtained from flowers grown in France in accordance with Organic Production specifications.

- Dilute 2 to 3 drops of essential oil on a neutral tablet, a sugar cube or in a spoonful of honey
- Do not swallow neat
- 1 drop is equivalent to 25 mg of essential oil
