Dietary advice

Do not pierce the capsule prior to swallowing. Take 1 gel capsule at lunch with a glass of water. Depending on requirements, switch to 3 gel capsules per day at the rate of 1 gel capsule with each main meal.
Precautions for use :
- Food supplements must be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and a varied, balanced diet.
- Do not use for more than 15 days at a time.
- Keep out of the reach of children. Take as directed.
- Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women and children under 18 years of age
Composition
Ingredients for 3 gel capsules:
Gel capsule of plant origin (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), non-GMO* soy lecithin, essential oils of eucalyptus* (Eucalyptus globulus Labill.) 60 mg, thyme linalol* (Thymus zygis L.) 30 mg and ravintsara* (Cinnamomum camphora J. Presl.) 30 mg.
