Optimal efficacy
We decided to use magnesium mainly in the form of bisglycinate (85%) combined with magnesium oxide (15%) for better absorption. This combination allows 300 mg of magnesium to be concentrated in just 3 gel capsules compared to 4 with a 100% bisglycinate form. Magnesium bisglycinate, a form that is particularly well tolerated by the body, effectively crosses the intestinal barrier, which makes it highly bioavailable. The small quantity of magnesium oxide in this product does not affect digestive tolerance but increases magnesium intake in a smaller number of gel capsules.
Magnesium is therefore more readily absorbed into the bloodstream and has a faster effect without triggering any digestive discomfort.

Our magnesium bisglycinate has a high magnesium content: 3 gel capsules provide 300 mg of magnesium (80% of the NRV*), i.e. the maximum daily dose permitted in food supplements.
The formula also contains vitamin B6 to optimise the absorption of magnesium by the body, as well as taurine of non-animal origin. Combined with magnesium, this amino acid is converted into magnesium taurinate, a form that is highly bioavailable to cells, further enhancing the effect of magnesium in the body.
