This NEUTRAL SHOWER GEL in an economical format, is formulated with a very gentle neutral washing base and is soap-free, sulphate-free and fragrance-free. With its highly appropriate physiological pH, which is the same as that of the skin, plus dermatological testing, it is suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive and fragile!
It contains Aloe vera and glycerine of plant origin, which maintains moisture levels in the skin, and Orange blossom which possesses soothing, refreshing properties.
Its formula, which is suitable for the body, face and hair, has a gentle cleansing action. It can be used on a daily basis by all the family: babies, children and adults.
Extra gentle and biodegradable, it is gentle on the epidermis and the environment.

Why use products with a physiological pH?
pH, which stands for Potential of Hydrogen, measures acidity, which ranges from 1 to 14. A "neutral" pH is 7, just like that of pure water. The physiological pH, which is the pH of the skin, is approximately 5.5, i.e. slightly acidic. This is due to the presence on the surface of the skin of a hydrolipid film. This is a fine layer comprising lipids (sebum) and water (perspiration), the role of which is to maintain moisture levels in the skin and protect it against aggressive external factors.
During the application of a skin care or hygiene product, it is important to maintain the balance of the skin by altering the physiological pH as little as possible in order to preserve the natural defence mechanisms of the epidermis. The use of an inappropriate skin care product alters this balance. The skin dries out and becomes more sensitive, fragile and reactive.
Cosmetic skin care products with a physiological pH, especially daily skin care products, are far kinder to the skin.
