Dietary advice

Take 1 ampoule diluted in a large glass of water a few minutes before going to bed.
A deposit may form. Stir thoroughly before use.
Do not open the ampoule over the glass to prevent glass shards from falling into the glass.

Water, orange blossom hydrolate (Citrus aurantium)* 1000 mg, extract of aerial parts of passion flower (Passiflora incarnata)* 500 mg, i.e. 1500 mg DPE**, agave syrup*, extract of aerial parts of eschscholzia (Eschscholzia californica)* 62.5 mg, i.e. 250 mg DPE**, essential oil of true lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)* 25 mg.
