Cramps are sudden, involuntary muscle contractions that can be more or less painful. • Red cinchona ( Cinchona ) pubescens ) is a plant that participates in the transmission of nerve impulses to the muscles and limits abnormal muscle contractions that cause cramps.

• Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

• Calcium and vitamin D contribute to normal muscle function. Vitamin D also contributes to normal calcium absorption.
