Fleurance Nature turmeric extract is a very high-quality extract, produced with respect for nature and workers. Our turmeric is cultivated in southern India, in Salem and Erode, two areas perfectly suited to its cultivation thanks to the rich soil and climate. It is in these regions, its place of origin, that the highest quality turmeric is produced, with the highest concentration of curcumins, the active compounds in turmeric. All of our farms are vertically integrated, ensuring greater control over the entire production chain.
The cultivation method makes it possible to obtain a certified organic extract, regularly checked by an approved certification body.
A portion of our supplier's profits is reinvested to support Indian communities in three key areas: water, health, and education. Over 250 families in three coffee-growing villages have already benefited from the construction of an irrigation system. More than 700 people have access to medical care and free medication. Approximately 100 families of turmeric and coffee farmers receive financial assistance for school fees and school supplies for their children.
An annual contract is established with farmers to ensure regular income and a stable economy. Raw materials are purchased at a fair price, at least 10% above the market price. Finally, subsidies are allocated to enable farmers to purchase modern agricultural equipment.
Farmers receive training every six months on limiting soil and water pollution. We guarantee that no pesticides are used and that GMOs are completely absent. Machinery use is limited to encourage manual labor.
