Maidenhair* (also known as Venus hair fern) helps to prevent hair loss and to keep hair healthy.

Horsetail promotes hair growth and strengthens the hair.

Keratin: protein naturally and mostly found in hair fibre.

Cystine and methionine: sulphur-containing amino acids that play a role in keratin synthesis.

Dietary advice

Take 1 tablet twice a day with food and a large glass of water.

The cardboard box can be recycled (paper bin). The blister strips are made from plastic and aluminium, which cannot be separated, in order to protect the tablets. Therefore they cannot be recycled and should be disposed of with household waste.

Magnesium oxide, anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonate, bulking agent: acacia gum, maiden hair fern extract (Adiantum capillus veneris) (non-EU origin) 150 mg, i.e. 1500 mg DPE*, methionine, vitamins (B2, B5, B6, B8, B12), keratin 60 mg, zinc citrate, sunflower oil, selenium-enriched yeast, horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense) (non-EU origin) 22.5 mg, i.e. 90 mg DPE*, bilberry extract (Vaccinium myrtillus) (EU/non-EU origin) 20 mg, i.e. 800 mg DPE*, cystine.
