Recommendations for use
Place one tea bag in a cup, pour on boiling water and leave to infuse for at least 3 minutes. You are advised to use 2 tea bags per day. Ideally store the box in a cool, dry place. Use as part of a healthy lifestyle and a varied, balanced diet.
