An organic oil to help you through your cycle with peace of mind !
Our first cold pressed ORGANIC PRIMROSE OIL is extracted from common evening primrose (Oenothera biennis). This product of natural origin contains Omega 6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (820 mg for 2 gel capsules or 1230 mg for 3 gel capsules) of which gamma-linolenic acid (81 mg for 2 gel capsules or 121 mg for 3 gel capsules). Primrose oil contains polyunsaturated fatty acids and helps maintain optimal comfort during menstruation (periods), as evidenced by numerous studies.
2 gel capsules provide 1000 mg of primrose oil per day (3 gel capsules provide 1500 mg).

Dietary advice
