Recommendations for use

Take 1 tablet and 1 gel capsule per day, preferably in the morning at breakfast with a large glass of water.

Ingredients per gel capsule :
Corn starch, gel capsule of plant origin (hydroxylpropyl methylcellulose), probiotics: Bifidobacterium lactis (0.5 billion), Lactobacillus acidophilus (0.5 billion), Lactobacillus plantarum (0.5 billion), anti-caking agents (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, colloidal silica). Ingredients per tablet: Bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate), magnesium oxide, vitamin C, eleutherococcus, beta-carotene, vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9, B12, D, E), anti-caking agents (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, colloidal silica), iron sulphate, zinc oxide, potassium iodide, manganese sulphate, copper sulphate, sodium selenite, chromium chloride.
